You will love Pork patties and slices of pork belly are grilled over hot coals and served with fish sauce, tangy vinegar, sugar and lime, which, when combined, creates a sort of barbecue soup that is eaten with rice vermicelli and fresh herbs. Accompanied by deep-fried spring rolls, this calorically rich dish is served with garlic and chilies on the side for an extra kick.
Bun Cha Ta Staff is highly qualified. They have good staff with English speaking and understanding receptionists. Although Bun Cha Ta is a small restaurant but The decor looks lovely with the idea of bamboo. You will have Bun cha in all over Viet Nam and this is the best Bun cha so far. The broth is so balanced and the meat is very flavorful and tender.
The dish was described in 1959 by Vietnamese food writer Vu Bang (1913–1984) who described Hanoi as a town “transfixed by bún chả.” Hanoi Bun Cha Ta ’s first bún chả restaurant was on Gia Ngư street, Hoàn Kiếm District, in Hanoi’s Old Quarter and moved to 21 Nguyen Huu Huan street now.
The Bar Bie Que (BBQ) pork is delicious and the soup with it had so much flavor. . Staff is very friendly and amuse you by sharing new things about Vietnamese food and their dishes. Bun cha ta has a simple menu with a vegetarian option. Very clean with simple decor. The staff is especially friendly and has very good English. Simply menu with traditional Vietnamese Bun Cha 45,000 dong (£1.50 great value for Hanoi). Lovely staff who explained the dish and the traditional way to eat it!
